Graduate Site Managers
The Candidate
Ideally you will have some site based experience, however this is not essential at this stage
Degree level qualification in a construction-based discipline
Prepared to travel and to stay away from home for short durations, if required
Minimum SMSTS Health and Safety qualification preferred, however if successful, training can be provided by the company
Solid all-round knowledge of the construction process with previous experience of commercial build
You must hold a full UK driving license
Job Responsibilities
Manage the construction process and operatives on site
Competent in project methodology
Ensures project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored
Attend pre-start meetings, ensuring an awareness and an input into the contents of each project phase
Assist in the scoping of works packages with the commercial team
Short term planning and programming
Liaison with subcontractors
Undertake and chair site inductions, toolbox talks and pre-start meetings
A good awareness of Site Health and Safety Management
