Orchard Court Development, Bromyard

Completed in 2023, the Orchard Court development involved developing a greenfield site into four detached properties, including three houses and one bungalow. Each property constructed on a separate plot, adhering to the planning agreement.

The project was carried out in several stages.

Site preparation included securing boundaries, setting up offices, and clearing vegetation.

Substructure works focussed on excavating foundations, laying sub-bases, and connecting external services.

Superstructure construction involved installing floors, walls, roofs, windows, and completing internal services such as plumbing and electrical work.

External works included road and path construction, drainage installation, and landscaping.

This structured approach ensured efficient delivery of high-quality homes.
