Restoration and Extension, Barnt Green

MJCBS recently undertook a major bespoke residential restoration of a property located on the sought after Barnt Green area of Birmingham. By all aspects, the property stands to be of great historical value and architectural success and under the vision of the Client, MJCBS were able to restore this property back to its former façade both internally and externally.

The scope of works comprised of the major restoration of the building façade and the repair of the brickwork, beams and historical finishes internally. To suit the Client’s needs and  requirements, areas of the property, were demolished and new structural foundations and footing created, to allow for the expansion of the building’s footprint. The property underwent extensive groundworks to allow for the formation of the new driveway, alterations to the existing landscaping and removal of the existing pool and changing blocks.
